Purpose: Owner occupier or investment property purchase or refinancing an existing residential loan.
Loan Size: $20,000 with no upper limit
Term: 5 to 30 years
Repayments: Principal and interest or interest only
Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Interest: Calculated daily
- All or part of the loan can be converted to a fixed rate at no cost.
- Borrow up to 85% of the property value (conditions apply)
- No ongoing administration fees
- Ability to repay lump sums with no penalty
- No financials required for the self employed
- Construction Loans are okay
- Investor property loans welcome
